Jigoro Kano, the father of modern judo, was not only a master of martial arts, but also an artist in the world of movement and philosophy. His art consisted of combining the principles of strength and flexibility to create a harmonious balance. Kano was a visionary who transformed the traditional techniques of jujutsu into a new form that promoted not only physical but also mental discipline. His works are not paintings or sculptures, but the living art of judo, practiced in dojos around the world.
Interesting fact: Jigoro Kano was not only a pioneer of judo, but also the first Asian to become a member of the International Olympic Committee. He passionately campaigned for the inclusion of judo in the Olympic Games, but this did not become a reality until after his death in Tokyo in 1964. Kano was also an avid traveler and used his travels to spread judo around the world, earning him the nickname "Ambassador of Judo".

Our fine art giclée printers use 12 different ink tanks and produce museum-quality art prints. Thanks to specially pigmented inks, significantly more color nuances can be displayed than with conventional printing processes and other providers.
Print medium
We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
