The Saga Girl III (1912)

Fun fact: John Bauer, born in 1882 in Jönköping, Sweden, was not only a gifted artist but also an adventurer. What is less well known is that he had a passion for travel and was inspired by his experiences in Italy and Germany. A tragic turn in his life was his early death in 1918, when he, his wife and son were killed in a shipping accident on Lake Vättern. This tragedy ended a promising career but left behind a legacy of enchanting illustrations that continue to fascinate today.

We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
