Interesting fact: John Bauer, a Swedish illustrator and painter, is best known for his work in the fairy tale collection "Bland tomtar och troll". A lesser-known detail about his life is that he had a deep fascination with Nordic mythology and folklore, which greatly influenced his art. Tragically, Bauer's life ended far too soon when he died in a shipwreck on Lake Vättern in 1918. He was on his way to visit his family when the ship sank in a storm.

We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
