Two parrots Deux perroquets (1870 1954)
Simon Albert Bussy, a French painter who lived from 1870 to 1954, is known for his vibrant depictions of animals and plants. His work "Deux perroquets" depicts two brightly colored parrots perched on a branch. The composition is both simple and intriguing, as Bussy captures the textures and colors of the birds with an almost hypnotic precision. The parrots almost seem to fly out of the canvas, so vividly are they depicted. Interesting fact: Simon Albert Bussy was married to Dorothy Bussy, a British writer closely associated with the Bloomsbury Group. This group included famous people such as Virginia Woolf and John Maynard Keynes. It is said that Bussy often moved in the intellectual circles of London and his art was inspired by the lively discussions and ideas of the time.

We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
