The Drill Flower (1896)
Maurice Pillard Verneuil was a French artist and designer who was born in 1869 and died in 1942. He is considered one of the main representatives of Art Nouveau in France and was heavily influenced by nature and the then-new Japanese art. Verneuil was particularly known for his innovative patterns and designs, which often depicted flowers, plants and animals. His work "The Bore Flower" from 1896 is an excellent example of his ability to translate natural forms into decorative art. Verneuil was also a pioneer in the application of art in industrial processes and helped to blur the boundaries between applied and fine art.
Interesting fact: Maurice Pillard Verneuil was also a passionate teacher and author who wrote several books on design and art theory, including the famous 1899 work "L'Art dans la Moderne Industrie", which highlighted the importance of art in industrial production.

Our fine art giclée printers use 12 different ink tanks and produce museum-quality art prints. Thanks to specially pigmented inks, significantly more color nuances can be displayed than with conventional printing processes and other providers.
Print medium
We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
