At the Salon of the Rue des Moulins (1894)
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, a master of Post-Impressionism, captures the vibrant and often hidden world of Parisian nightlife in his 1894 work "Au Salon de la Rue des Moulins." This painting depicts an intimate scene in one of the famous Parisian brothels that Toulouse-Lautrec often visited and painted. Using his signature style that combines bold lines and vibrant colors, he portrays the women with a blend of empathy and realism that reveals both their beauty and vulnerability. The composition is dynamic, drawing the viewer into the scene as if one were a silent observer of this private world.
Interesting fact: Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was not only a brilliant artist but also a fascinating personality. Due to a genetic defect caused by the marriage of his first cousins, he broke both of his legs in his youth, which never healed properly and hampered his growth. Despite his physical limitations, he led an intense and productive life. He was known for his love of absinthe and his friendships with other artists and bohemians of the Parisian scene. A lesser-known detail is that Toulouse-Lautrec was also a talented amateur chef, often throwing lavish dinner parties for his friends where he showed off his culinary skills.

We believe that art has the power to inspire the mind, tell stories and transform spaces.
That's why we put our hearts into every step of the printing process to ensure that every work we produce meets the highest artistic standards.
printing process
Our fine art giclée printers use 12 different ink tanks and produce museum-quality art prints. Thanks to specially pigmented inks, significantly more color nuances can be displayed than with conventional printing processes and other providers.
Print medium
We use extra-heavy (400g/m2) premium canvas made from 100% cotton. The high grammage and texture of the canvas ensures a particularly high-quality and almost three-dimensional appearance.
Environmentally friendly
We only use original and high-quality pigment ink which contains real pigment particles. This is UV-resistant, solvent-free, vegan and environmentally friendly.
UV & moisture resistant
Thanks to the UV resistance of our pigment inks, the prints do not fade or discolor and retain their color brilliance for up to 100 years.
